ALEXANDRA COLLINS
Alex Collins serves as a key advisor to technology businesses on all aspects of their transactional needs. Her analytic skills and high-level approach to problem-solving have facilitated many technology and other commercial transactions.
Alex has extensive experience representing clients in large-scale technology projects, including multimillion-dollar technology licensing, procurement, development, and integration projects, in both the public and private sectors. Her representative transactions include ERP system integrations, software licensing and development agreements, reseller and private label agreements, joint venture arrangements, and consulting services agreements. In addition, she counsels on Internet and e-commerce initiatives, software development issues, and confidentiality and intellectual property considerations.
